Idea for CIT499 Project
I’m thinking about creating a Yahoo! Pipes mashup for my CIT499 project. I would like to incorporate many different intrests of various members of my family. This would not only teach me all about the different features of Yahoo! Pipes and how to use them but also teach my family members about Web 2.0 and what the face of the web is moving towards. I got the idea because I hear a family member complain that they were always out of the loop. What better way to use the services of Yahoo! Pipes to keep the family in the loop as to what is going on in each of our lives and where our interests lie.
I’m looking forward to learning more about Yahoo! Pipes and what it has to offer. I am already very intrigued by the interface.
